Question 1

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Choose your equipment, package, dates and delivery window. Pay securely by card to confirm your booking.

Question 2

How quickly can equipment be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Pick your dates at booking and we'll confirm your delivery window. If you need equipment urgently, tell us when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question 3

What are the delivery windows?

Accepted Answer

Choose a morning, afternoon or evening window when you book. All seven delivery windows are listed there. Equipment arrives ready to use, with a quick walkthrough.

Question 4

What does the rental price include?

Accepted Answer

Delivery, scheduled pickup, a cleaned and sanitized unit, and a quick walkthrough at drop-off. One package price, no hidden fees. Any additional charge is always disclosed before your booking is confirmed.

Question 5

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery and pickup are included in our core DC-metro area. Enter your ZIP code on the rental page to check delivery coverage. We offer next-day delivery, not same-day delivery.

Question 6

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

You pay directly by card, not through insurance. We can provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement.

Question 7

What is the shortest rental period?

Accepted Answer

Our minimum rental is 2 days. We offer packages of 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, and 30 days. Package equipment may be picked up early, but the package price stays the same.

Question 8

What rental durations do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Packages of 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, and 30 days. Delivery and scheduled pickup are included in every package price, and every package starts from 2 days.

Question 9

What is the Equipment Protection Plan?

Accepted Answer

Optional coverage you can add at checkout. Basic covers damage, Plus covers damage, loss, and theft, with a small per-day cost. Theft coverage requires a police report within 48 hours. Without a plan, you assume full repair and replacement costs.

Question 10

What is the Cancellation Protection Plan?

Accepted Answer

Optional add-on you pick during booking, in Plus ($30 per item) or Basic ($10 per item). Plus refunds your rental in full, minus the $30 per-item plan fee, when you cancel before your delivery day. Basic refunds your rental minus a per-item fee when you cancel before delivery day: $30 ($15 for non-motorized equipment) when you cancel 7 or more days ahead, or $50 ($25 for non-motorized equipment) inside 7 days, plus the $10 plan fee. Neither tier refunds on or after delivery day. See "What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?" below for the full policy.

Question 11

Can I rent equipment for several months?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 30-day package is the best value for long-term needs and can be extended. For rentals longer than 30 days, contact us for custom long-term pricing.

Question 12

Is the equipment cleaned and sanitized?

Accepted Answer

Every scooter and knee walker is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between customers before it goes back out.

Question 13

Can you deliver to a hotel or senior living community?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add the hotel or community name and delivery instructions when you book. We coordinate the handoff.

Question 14

What happens if the equipment stops working?

Accepted Answer

Email us right away. It's the fastest way to reach us. We troubleshoot first, and if it can't be fixed quickly we swap it the same day.

Question 15

Can caregivers rent equipment for someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Adult children, care managers, and agency staff regularly arrange rentals on behalf of the person who will use the equipment.

Question 16

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Changed plans? Add Cancellation Protection at checkout. With Plus, cancel any time before your delivery day for a full refund, minus the $30 per-item plan fee. With Basic, cancel 7+ days before delivery for a refund minus a $30 per-item fee ($15 for non-motorized equipment) plus the $10 plan fee, or inside 7 days minus a $50 per-item fee ($25 for non-motorized equipment). Without a plan, a cancelled booking becomes account credit that never expires, minus $50 per-item fee ($25 for non-motorized equipment). No refund or credit on or after delivery day. Email us to request a cancellation.

Question 17

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay in full when you book, securely by card. Your booking is confirmed the moment your payment goes through. No deposit, no balance due later. Changed plans? Optional Cancellation Protection at checkout is the only way to get a refund if plans change.

Question 18

What if the equipment gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear and tear is on us. If something is damaged beyond normal use, you're billed at the repair cost. Lost or stolen equipment is billed at replacement value. Add the Equipment Protection Plan at checkout to cap that risk: Basic covers damage, Plus covers damage, loss, and theft, with deductibles starting at $50. We'll always talk it through with you first.
